Borders III on his retirement and honoring 45 years of service to Morning Star Baptist Church and the City of Boston. On motion of Councilors Louijeune and Mejia, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted: yeas 12 (Coletta Zapata, Culpepper, Durkan, FitzGerald, Flynn, Louijeune, Mejia, Murphy, Pepén, Santana, Weber, Worrell), absent 1 (Breadon).
