1863 Councilors Louijeune, Coletta Zapata, Mejia, Breadon, Culpepper, FitzGerald, Flynn, Murphy, Pepén, Santana, Weber and Worrell offered the following: Resolution recognizing October 2026 as Domestic Violence Awareness Month. On motion of Councilors Louijeune and Coletta Zapata, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor Mejia as an original co sponsor. On motion of Councilors Louijeune, Coletta Zapata and Mejia, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted: yeas 13 (Breadon, Coletta Zapata, Culpepper, Durkan, FitzGerald, Flynn, Louijeune, Mejia, Murphy, Pepén, Santana, Weber, Worrell).
