1616 Councilors Flynn and Murphy offered the following: Resolution in support of an investigation by the Massachusetts Secretary of State into incorrect ballots distributed during Early Voting in Boston and maintaining state receivership of Boston Election Department through the 2028 election. Coletta Zapata in the chair. On motion of Councilor Flynn, the rules were suspended; the resolution failed to be adopted: yeas 2 (Flynn, Murphy), nays 7 (Breadon, Coletta Zapata, FitzGerald, Louijeune, Pepén, Santana, Worrell), present 1 (Culpepper), absent 3 (Durkan, Mejia, Weber).
