1550 Councilors Culpepper, Mejia, Worrell, FitzGerald, Flynn, Louijeune, Murphy, Pepén, Santana and Weber offered the following: Resolution calling for the Suffolk County Sheriff's Department to adopt critical incident administrative leave standards in light of the Medical Examiner's homicide determination in the death of Shacoby Kenny. On motion of Councilors Culpepper, Mejia, and Worrell, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted: yeas 11 (Breadon, Culpepper, FitzGerald, Flynn, Louijeune, Murphy, Mejia, Pepén, Santana, Weber, Worrell), present 1 (Durkan), absent 1 (Coletta Zapata).
