1425 Councilors Flynn, Murphy, Mejia, Breadon, Culpepper, Durkan, FitzGerald, Louijeune, Pepén, Weber and Worrell offered the following: Resolution celebrating the 36th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act and ADA Day on July 15, 2026 in the City of Boston. On motion of Councilor Flynn, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilors Murphy and Mejia as original co sponsors. On motion of Councilors Flynn, Murphy, and Mejia, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted: yeas 11 (Breadon, Culpepper, Durkan, FitzGerald, Flynn, Louijeune, Mejia, Murphy, Pepén, Weber, Worrell), absent 2 (Coletta Zapata, Santana).
