1420 Councilors Culpepper, Breadon, FitzGerald, Flynn, Louijeune, Murphy, Pepén, Weber and Worrell offered the following: Resolution urging improved response to noise complaints and enforcement of Boston's noise control laws. On motion of Councilors Culpepper and Breadon, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted: yeas 9 (Breadon, Culpepper, FitzGerald, Flynn, Louijeune, Murphy, Pepén, Weber, Worrell), not present 2 (Durkan, Mejia), absent 2 (Coletta Zapata, Santana).
