0518 Councilors Culpepper, Worrell, Mejia, Breadon, Coletta Zapata, Durkan, FitzGerald, Flynn, Louijeune, Murphy, Pepén, Santana and Weber offered the following: Resolution in support of the SPARK Act to expand opportunities for minority entrepreneurship. On motion of Councilor Culpepper, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilors Worrell and Mejia as original co sponsors. On motion of Councilors Culpepper, Worrell, and Mejia, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted: yeas 13 (Breadon, Coletta Zapata, Culpepper, Durkan, FitzGerald, Flynn, Louijeune, Mejia, Murphy, Pepén, Santana, Weber, Worrell).
