0427 Councilors Weber, Culpepper, Breadon, Coletta Zapata, Durkan, FitzGerald, Louijeune, Mejia, Pepén and Worrell offered the following: Resolution in support of H.D. 5608, "An Act Promoting Rule of Law, Oversight, Trust, and Equal Constitutional Treatment," (The PROTECT Act). On motion of Councilors Weber and Culpepper, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted: yeas 12 (Breadon, Coletta Zapata, Culpepper, Durkan, FitzGerald, Flynn, Louijeune, Mejia, Murphy, Pepén, Weber, Worrell), not present 1 (Santana).
