0301 Councilors Culpepper, Worrell, Mejia, Breadon, Coletta Zapata, Durkan, FitzGerald, Flynn, Louijeune, Murphy, Pepén, Santana and Weber offered the following: Resolution recognizing Black History Month in Boston. On motion of Councilors Culpepper and Worrell, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor Mejia as an original co sponsor. On motion of Councilors Culpepper, Worrell, and Mejia, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted; yeas 13 (Breadon, Coletta Zapata, Culpepper, Durkan, FitzGerald, Flynn, Louijeune, Mejia, Murphy, Pepén, Santana, Weber, Worrell).
