On motion of Councilor Santana, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted; yeas 9 (Breadon, Coletta Zapata, Culpepper, Louijeune, Mejia, Pepén, Santana, Weber, Worrell), nays 3 (FitzGerald, Flynn, Murphy), not present 1 (Durkan).
