On motion of Councilor FitzGerald, the rules were suspended; the petition was passed; yeas 11 (Breadon, Coletta Zapata, FitzGerald, Flynn, Louijeune, Mejia, Murphy, Pepén, Santana, Weber, Worrell); not present 1 (Durkan).
