Councilors Fernandes Anderson, Breadon, Durkan, Mejia, Pepén, Santana, Worrell and Louijeune offered the following: Resolution calling for a Black Economic Development Plan and Equity backed Budget Framework to close Boston's racial wealth gap. On motion of Councilor Fernandes Anderson, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted; yeas 10, nays 1 (Flynn), not present 2 (Coletta Zapata, Weber). Later in session, Councilor Flynn moved to reconsider the vote. Motion prevailed. The resolution was adopted, yeas 11, not present 2 (Coletta Zapata, Weber).
