Councilors Santana, Flynn, Louijeune, Breadon, Coletta Zapata, Durkan, Fernandes Anderson, FitzGerald, Mejia, Murphy, Pepén, Weber and Worrell offered the following: Resolution in support of prioritizing funding for the Boston Public Schools Parent Mentor Program operated by St. Stephen's Youth Programs. On motion of Councilors Santana and Flynn, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor Louijeune as an original co sponsor. On motion of Councilors Santana, Flynn and Louijeune, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted; yeas 13.
