Councilors Pepén, FitzGerald, Coletta Zapata, Durkan, Fernandes Anderson, Flynn, Louijeune, Mejia, Murphy, Santana, Weber and Worrell offered the following: Order to adopt laws concerning the safety of school children embarking and disembarking school buses. On motion of Councilors Pepén and FitzGerald, the rules were suspended; the order was passed.
