Councilors Breadon, Coletta Zapata, Mejia, Durkan, Fernandes Anderson, FitzGerald, Louijeune, Pepén, Santana, Weber and Worrell offered the following: Resolution affirming core principles of the City of Boston payment in lieu of taxes (PILOT) program involving tax exempt institutions. On motion of Councilor Breadon, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilors Mejia and Coletta Zapata as original co sponsors. On motion of Councilors Breadon, Mejia, and Coletta Zapata, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted; yeas 11, nays 2 (Flynn, Murphy).
