Councilors Weber, Santana, Flynn, Breadon, Coletta Zapata, Durkan, Fernandes Anderson, FitzGerald, Louijeune, Mejia, Murphy and Pepén offered the following: Resolution in support of a COLA base increase for City of Boston retirees. On motion of Councilors Weber and Santana, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor Flynn as an original co sponsor. On motion of Councilors Weber, Santana and Flynn the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted; yeas 12, absent 1 (Worrell).
