Councilors Louijeune, Pepén, Weber, Coletta, Durkan, FitzGerald, Flynn, Mejia, Santana and Worrell offered the following: Resolution recognizing February as Transit Equity Month. Councilor Worrell in the Chair. On the motion of Councilors Louijeune and Pepén, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor Weber as an original co sponsor. On the motion of Councilors Louijeune, Pepén, and Weber, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted; yeas 11, not present 2 (Breadon, Fernandes Anderson).
