Amendment of Councilor Tobin that Docket #0986 be amended by adding the following language after the first sentence:- "this approval shall expire one year after the effective date. However, this local hotel tax may be renewed annually, in the manner provided by MGL Chapter 4, Section 4, following a review by the City of local hotel tax revenue received and how such revenue was used."
