Second Reading-Capital Budget-FY2010 - The Committee on Ways and Means to which was referred on April 8, 2009; an appropriation order in the amount of $305,000.00 for the purposes of planting shade trees, planning, designing, acquiring land for, construction and originally equipping structures and facilities; it is authorized to construct, and for remodeling, reconstructing, or making major alterations, additions and repairs to existing facilities including original equipment and landscaping, paving and other site improvements incidental or directly related to such remodeling, reconstruction or repair, for the purposes of the Parks and Recreation Department, submits a report recommending the order be read a second time and passed.
