The Committee on Ways and Means to which was referred on April 8, 2009; an order authorizing the City of Boston to enter into one or more lease, lease-purchase or installment sales agreements in Fiscal Year 2010 in an amount not to exceed $8,800,000.00, and in Fiscal Year 2011 in an amount not to exceed $10,560,000.00. These funds are to be used by various city departments for acquisition of equipment in furtherance of their respective governmental functions.
