On the message and ordinance, referred on February 10, 2023, Docket #0410, Petition for a Special Law re: An Act increasing the maximum amount of fines which may be imposed for violations of ordinances and authorizing the City of Boston to place municipal charge liens on certain properties in the City of Boston for nonpayment of any local charges, fees or fines, the committee submitted a report recommending the ordinance ought to pass in a new draft.
