Councilors Mejia, Arroyo, Bok, Breadon, Fernandes Anderson, Flynn, Lara, Louijeune, Murphy and Coletta offered the following: Resolution Opposing State Receivership for Boston Public Schools. On motion of Councilor Mejia, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilors Arroyo and Louijeune as co sponsors. On motion of Councilor Mejia, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted; yeas 10, nays 1(Baker), absent 1(Flaherty).
