On the message and order, referred on June 23, 2021 Docket #0810, authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Fifty- Five Million Dollars ($55,000,000.00) in the form of a grant, awarded by the United States Department of Treasury to be administered by the City of Boston’s Chief Financial Officer/Collector Treasurer. This grant payment is made from the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (CLFRF) in the Treasury of the United States established by Section 9901 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA), the committee submitted a report recommending the order ought to pass. The report was accepted; the order was passed; yeas 12.
