On the message and order, referred on October 29, 2019 Docket #0102, authorizing and approving the City of Boston Conservation Commission (the "ConCom") to receive a property identified by the City of Boston Assessing Department as 0 Rivermoor Street in West Roxbury neighborhood of Boston with a parcel identification no. 20-09228020 (the " Property"). The property is currently under the care and custody of the Boston Planning and Development Agency (the BPDA) and is located on the banks of the Cow Island Pond area of the Charles River in West Roxbury, the committee submitted a report recommending the order ought to pass. The report was accepted; the order was passed; yeas 12.
