On the message and order, referred on May 19, 2021 Docket #0668, authorizing the City of Boston to submit to the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) Statements of Interest for their Accelerated Repairs Program for the following schools: William E. Russell in Dorchester, Henderson Upper (Wilson Building), the Rafael Hernandez School in Jamaica Plain and the Boston Day and Evening Academy (Wheatley Building) in Roxbury, the committee submitted a report recommending the order ought to pass. The report was accepted; the order was passed; yeas 12.
