Councilors Essaibi-George, Arroyo, Baker, Bok, Breadon, Campbell, Edwards, Mejia, Flaherty, Flynn, Wu and O’Malley offered the following: Resolution recognizing the need for more BIPOC mental healthcare providers across services and practices in Boston. On motion of Councilor Essaibi-George, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted; yeas 12.
