On motion of Councilors Essaibi-George and Campbell, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor Arroyo as a co-sponsor. On motion of Councilors Essaibi-George, Campbell and Arroyo, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted; yeas 12.
