Councilors Flynn, Breadon, O’Malley, Arroyo, Baker, Bok, Campbell, Edwards, Essaibi-George, Mejia, Wu and Flaherty offered the following: Resolution in support of H.D.4120 “An act relative to the educational needs of students whose education was negatively impacted by the COVID-19 emergency”. On motion of Councilors Flynn and Breadon, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor O’Malley as a co-sponsor. On motion of Councilors Flynn, Breadon and O’Malley, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted; yeas 12.
