Communication was received from Council President Matt O'Malley calling for the election of Assistant City Clerk. Councilor Arroyo moved to nominate Alex Geourntas as Assistant City Clerk. Motion prevailed. The roll was called with the following result: For Alex Geourntas – Councilors Arroyo, Breadon, Bok, Campbell, Edwards, Essaibi-George, Flaherty, Flynn, Mejia, O’Malley and Wu -11. Alex Geourntas, having received eleven votes, was declared re-elected Assistant City Clerk for a term commencing January 4, 2021.
