Councilors Bok, Edwards, Breadon, Wu, Flynn, Essaibi-George, Arroyo, Mejia, Flaherty, Campbell and O’Malley offered the following: Resolution in support of An Act to Guarantee a Tenant's Right of First Refusal (HD2984/SD 1672). On motion of Councilors Bok and Edwards, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor Breadon as a co-sponsor. On motion of Councilors Bok, Edwards and Breadon, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted; yeas 11.
