Councilors Baker, Essaibi-George, Flaherty, O’Malley, Flynn, Arroyo, Breadon, Edwards, Mejia, Bok, Wu, Campbell and Janey offered the following: Resolution in support of naming the community room in the Adams Street Library "The Patricia O'Neill Community Room". On motion of Councilor Essaibi-George, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor Flaherty as a co-sponsor. On motion of Councilor Essaibi-George and Flaherty, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted; yeas 12, nays 0. Absent 1(Baker).
