Councilors Janey and Arroyo, Edwards, Flynn, Bok, O’Malley, Essaibi-George, Breadon, Mejia, Campbell, Flaherty Wu and Baker offered the following: Resolution calling for the removal of Donald J. Trump from the office of President. On motion of Councilor Janey, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor Edwards as a co-sponsor. On motion of Councilors Janey, Arroyo and Edwards, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted; yeas 13.
