Councilor O’Malley called Docket #1117, message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend a Parkland Acquisitions and Renovations for Communities (PARC) Grant Program awarded from the Massachusetts Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs, Division of Conservation Services, in the amount not to exceed Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00) to be administered by the Boston Parks and Recreation Department. The grant will fund the renovation of Mission Hill Playground in Mission Hill, from the Committee on Environment, Resiliency and Parks. Hearing no objection, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor O’Malley; the order was passed; yeas 13.
