On the amendment, referred on July 8, 2020 Docket #0851, to the Boston City Charter pursuant to G.L. c. 43b §10(b), the committee submitted a report recommending the order ought to pass in a new draft. Councilor Bok offered an amendment. Councilor Edwards accepted Councilor Bok’s amendment; yeas 13. The report was accepted; the amendment was passed in a new draft; yeas 10 nays 3 (Councilors Baker, Flynn and Flaherty).
