Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend a Local Acquisition for the Natural Diversity (LAND) Grant Program award from the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs, Division of Conservation Services, in an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Fifty-Five Dollars and Eighty-Cents ($387,055.80), to be administered by the Boston Environment Department. The grant will fund, for conservation and passive recreation purposes, the acquisition of the parcel located at 108 Walter Street in the Roslindale neighborhood.
