Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Two Hundred Thousand One Dollars and Sixteen Cents ($200,001.16) in the form of a grant for the FFY19 Assistance to Firefighters Regional Grant, awarded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency to be administered by the Fire Department. The grant will fund the growing need for the fire department personnel trained in tech rescue in the cities/towns of Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Chelsea, Everett, Revere, Somerville, Quincy and Winthrop. The rules were suspended; the order was passed; yeas 11.
