Councilors Mejia, Edwards, Campbell, Flynn, O’Malley, Bok, Arroyo, Essaibi-George, Wu, Janey and Flaherty offered the following: Resolution urging the placement of a ballot box outside houses of incarceration in Boston. Councilors Mejia invoked Rule 12 to include Councilor Campbell as original co-sponsor. On motion of Councilors Mejia, Edwards and Campbell, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted; yeas 13.
