On the ordinance, referred on October 7, 2020 Docket #1032, amending the City of Boston Code, Ordinances, Chapter X, concerning housing stability, requiring notice to tenants and former homeowners of rights and resources, the committee submitted a report recommending the ordinance ought to be amended. Councilor Edwards offered a new amendment. The Amendment was passed; yeas 13. The report was accepted; the ordinance, in its new amended draft, was passed; yeas 13.
