On the petition, referred on January 29, 2020 Docket #0100, for a special law re: An Act Authorizing Additional Licenses for the Sale of Alcoholic Beverages to be Drunk on the Premises in Boston, the committee submitted a report recommending the petition ought to pass in a new draft. Councilor Edwards moved to substitute Docket #0100 with new language. Motion prevailed. The report was accepted; the petition was passed in a new draft; yeas 13.
