Councilor Ciommo called Docket #1050, message and order approving an appropriation of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00) for the purpose of paying for the costs of a feasibility study and schematic design work associated with the renovation or new construction at the following schools; McKinley K-12, Curley K-8 and the Mary Lyon School, for which the City of Boston may be eligible for a grant from the Massachusetts School Building Authority, said amount to be expended under the direction of the Public Facilities Department on behalf of Boston Public Schools, from the Assignment sheet. Hearing no objection, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read a second time and again passed; yeas 12, nays 0 absent 1 (McCarthy).
