Councilor Wu called Docket #0107, message and order for your approval to authorize a sale of certain portion of public way known as Gold Street, as shown on a plan of land entitled "City of Boston, Public Works Department, Engineering Division, Discontinuance Plan, Gold Street, South Boston, dated November 9, 2018" specifically containing about 6,261 sq. ft. (“the Discontinued Parcel)”, from the Committee on Planning, Development and Transportation. Hearing no objection, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Wu, the order was read a second time and again passed; yeas 11, nays 0 (absent Essaibi-George, McCarthy).
