Communication was received from Council President Andrea Campbell calling for the election of the City Clerk for a term commencing on February 6, 2019 and ending on February 1, 2022. President Campbell called for nominations for position of the City Clerk. Councilor Ciommo moved to nominate Maureen E. Feeney. President Campbell asked for any further nominations hearing none. Motion Prevailed. On motion of President Campbell, a roll was called with the following result. For Maureen E. Feeney- Councilors Baker, Campbell, Ciommo, Edwards, Essaibi-George, Flaherty, Flynn, Garrison, Janey, McCarthy, O’Malley, Wu and Zakim-13. Maureen E. Feeney, having received thirteen unanimous votes, was declared elected City Clerk for a term commencing February 6, 2019. Placed on file.
