On the message and order, referred on January 9, 2019 Docket #0107, for approval to authorize a sale of certain portion of public way known as Gold Street, as shown on a plan of land entitled "City of Boston, Public Works Department, Engineering Division, Discontinuance Plan, Gold Street, South Boston, dated November 9, 2018" specifically containing about 6,261 sq. ft. (“the Discontinued Parcel)”, the Committee submitted a report recommending the order ought to be read once and passed. Councilor Wu moved and presented substitute language for the Committee report. Motion prevailed. The report was accepted; the order was read once and passed; yeas 13. Assigned for further action.
