Councilor Wu called Docket #0808, message and order authorizing a sale of a certain portion of public way known as 90 Cottage Street, East Boston, as shown on a plan of land entitled "City of Boston, Public Works Department, Engineering Division, Discontinuance Plan, Vertical, 90 Cottage Street, East Boston, dated November 21, 2017" specifically containing about 16.9 sq. ft. and 533 cubic ft. (The Discontinued Parcel"), from the Committee on Planning, Development and Transportation. Hearing no objection, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Wu, the order was read a second time and again passed; yeas 11, nays 0 (absent Campbell and Essaibi-George).
