On the message and order, referred on May 23, 2018 Docket #0808, for your approval to authorize a sale of certain portion of public way known as 90 Cottage Street, East Boston, as shown on a plan of land entitled "City of Boston, Public Works Department, Engineering Division, Discontinuance Plan, Vertical, 90 Cottage Street, East Boston, dated November 21, 2017" specifically containing about 16.9 sq. ft. and 533 cubic ft. (The Discontinued Parcel"), the Committee submitted a report recommending the order ought to be read once and passed. The report was accepted; the order was read once and passed; yeas 13.
