Message and order approving a supplemental appropriation of Eight Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-One Dollars ($8,451.00) to cover cost contained in the FY18 collective bargaining agreement between the Boston Public Health Commission and Local 888, SEIU-Clerical Technical Unit. The terms of the contract are October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017 and October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2020. The major provisions of the contract include base wage increases of 2% effective the first period of January of each fiscal year. The agreement also contains other benefits including a new step beginning in 2019. Filed in the City Clerk's Office on April 2, 2018. The rules were suspended; the order was passed; yeas 13.
