On the message and order, referred on February 14, 2018 Docket #0286, to declare surplus these City-Owned, formerly Boston Planning and Development Agency owned, parcels of vacant land and transfer to the care, custody, management and control of said property to the Public Facilities Department. The parcels are located at: Condor Street in East Boston District (Ward 01 Parcel 033640000), Condor Street in East Boston District (Ward 01 Parcel 03365000) and Condor Street in East Boston (Ward 01 Parcel 03366000), the Committee submitted a report recommending the order ought to pass.
