On the message and order, referred January 31, 2018 Docket #0232, approving a supplemental appropriation of One Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Seven Dollars ($134,957.00) to cover the FY18 cost items contained with the collective bargaining agreements between the Boston School Committee and the Boston School Patrolmen Association. The terms of the contracts are September 1, 2016 through August 31, 2017 and September 1, 2017 through August 31, 2020. The major provisions of the contracts include base wage increases of 2% in October of each fiscal year. The agreements also contain other benefits including new steps, the committee submitted a report recommending the order ought to pass. The report was accepted; the order was passed; yeas 13.
