On the message and ordinance, referred on February 10, 2016 Docket 0271, regarding a text amendment for the Boston Zoning Code for marijuana dispensaries, the Committee submitted a report recommending the order ought to pass in a new draft. Councilor Flaherty moved for the following Amendment. The motion prevailed; yeas 10, nay 3 (Campbell, Ciommo and Pressley) Councilor Campbell moved for the following Amendment: The motion did not prevail; yeas 5, nays 8. On motion of Councilor Linehan, the order, in its new draft was passed; yeas 10, nays 3 (Campbell, Ciommo and Pressley).
