Councilor LaMattina called docket #1027, order declaring surplus land located at 115 Federal Street to transfer care, custody, management and control of said property to the Public Facilities Commission, from the Committee on Economic Development, Planning and Labor. No objection being heard, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor LaMattina, the order was passed; yeas 10, nays 3. (Jackson, Pressley, Yancey)
